Accounts

Under accounts & statements, you’ll be able to see detailed information about each of your accounts. Depending on the type of account, it will include information such as balance, interest and when the balance was last updated.

If you have multiple accounts, you should enroll in each one separately. For example, you may enroll in digital banking using the account information for your personal checking account, and then you’ll need to enroll again using the information for your small business account.

Certain accounts are not eligible for digital banking, such as commercial accounts.

You may have accidentally hidden an account from view. Go to settings, click on the accounts tab and view the account visibility section to see if you have any hidden accounts. If you need further help, please call 1-800-823-2265 (TTY 1-800-343-6145).

Log in to digital banking. Go to accounts & statements, select the account name and choose enroll in online statements. Verify your email address and select save. If you have more than one account, you can enroll all of your eligible accounts in online statements by selecting that checkbox.

You can remove accounts from your planning and budgeting tools, remove them from the dashboard and quick glance, or remove them entirely from digital banking.

To exclude an account from your planning tools, including from your budget, goals, and current monthly status totals, go to accounts & statements, select the account name, select the button exclude from planning and then submit.

To undo this or include an account in your planning tools, go to accounts & statements, select the name of the account you want to include and click on the button include account and then submit.

To exclude an account from quick glance and the dashboard, go to settings, select the accounts tab and scroll down to the dashboard/quick glance visibility section. Click on the red button remove from view or, to show it again, click on show.

To completely hide an account from digital banking, go to accounts & statements, select the account name you wish to omit from digital banking entirely and click on the button hide from view and then submit. You can’t undo this change within digital banking; you will need to call us at 1-800-823-2265 (TTY 1-800-343-6145).

An account used for recurring bill payments or scheduled transfers can’t be omitted from digital banking.

You can choose to have an account be visible in the dashboard, quick glance, both or neither. Start by going to settings.

To change an account’s visibility in the dashboard:

  • Select the tab titled dashboard and view the section dashboard visibility.
  • Check or uncheck the box next to show in accounts to show or hide that account’s balance in the dashboard view under my accounts.
  • Check or uncheck the box next to or show in recent transactions to show or hide transactions made from that account in the dashboard view under recent transactions.

To change an account’s visibility in quick glance:

  • Select the tab titled mobile and view the section quick glance visibility.
  • Check or uncheck the box next to show accounts to show or hide that account’s balance within quick glance.
  • Check or uncheck the box next to show recent transactions to show or hide the account’s recent transactions within quick glance.

Go to accounts & statements and select the name of the account you’d like to manage. Click on the button update overdraft choices to download and read through the overdraft disclosure. After reviewing your options, make your selection and save.

Go to accounts & statements, select the account you’d like to name and then click on the button edit account name. Enter the new name and save.
An account that’s used for bill payments or has transfers scheduled can’t be hidden from digital banking.
Some customers with both personal and small business accounts may now have separate profiles based on account ownership. If you believe this is an error and both accounts have the same ownership structure, please contact us at 1-800-823-2265 (TTY 1-800-343-6145).

In digital banking go to accounts & statements, select the account name, select online statements and choose the month you’d like to view.
