In August, TCF's new business online banking service, Business eBanking (BeB), will replace the current TCF commercial internet banking (also referred to as TCF Express Business).
If you have TCF Express Business today, you'll be automatically transitioned to BeB. What's more, we'll be enhancing some features while modifying others.
With fraudulent attempts being at an all-time high, money transfer services such as ACH Origination, Wire Transfers, and Bill Pay are popular targets. We would like to remind you that it is imperative to remain cautious of any suspicious emails or contact attempts, especially those that request any personal, account or login information.
Even if you recognize the requestor’s name and/or email address, please make every effort to validate email requests using other contact information you have on file before sharing confidential information or transferring funds outside of your business. A best practice is to initiate contact to a known phone number to validate the communication rather than responding to a request you receive.
While the Bank continues to monitor for fraudulent activity, we encourage you to visit the Federal Trade Commission site or the link here to learn more on how to protect yourself and your business from fraud.
If you have questions about our communications or if you think you’ve been the victim of fraud, please contact your banker or call 1-800-823-2265 (TTY 1-800-343-6145).

Business and commercial customers will receive a transition kit in June with a letter containing your new TCF account names and details of any account changes you may see as of August 10, 2020.
