Q: Whom do I contact to order a new coupon book for my consumer loan?
New coupon books will be automatically sent to you before you run out of coupons. There is no need for you to call to reorder. If you have lost your current coupon book, please contact TCF Consumer Lending Customer Service at 1-800-950-7332.

Q: Whom do I contact about the outstanding balance or payoff amount of my consumer loan?
Please contact the lender at the branch where you closed your loan or call one of the following numbers:

Q: My loan is showing incorrectly on the credit bureau. What do I need to do to fix this?
You will need to file a dispute with one or more of the three major credit bureaus. The customer service numbers for the credit bureaus are as follows:

Q: How can I change the address on my consumer loan?
All address change requests should be submitted in writing including your consumer loan account number and the old and new address. The request can be mailed to:

Q: How can I check to see if my loan payment was received?

Q: I would like to set-up automatic payment withdrawal on my consumer loan. How can I do this?
Contact Consumer Lending Customer Service at 1-800-950-7332 to obtain the necessary forms. Or, you may use the convenient form located in your consumer loan coupon book and send it in with your monthly payment.

Q: What is the TCF CommandLineSM and how do I apply for it?
The TCF CommandLine is TCF's Home Equity Line of Credit, which provides you access to the equity in your home. Now it is even more convenient with the TCF CommandLineSM Card, a VISA branded credit card that directly accesses your Line of Credit. With the TCF CommandLine Card, you can get cash advances from ATM's or banks or make purchases everywhere VISA credit cards are accepted. Q : My TCF CommandLineSM Card has been lost or stolen. What should I do?
Call our toll-free Consumer Lending Customer Service number at 1-800-950-7332 to report your card lost or stolen.

Q: When will my payoff papers or refund be sent to me?
Refunds are normally sent out within 10 business days of the date of your consumer loan pay-off. If you haven't received it within 15 business days, please contact Consumer Lending Customer Service at 1-800-950-7332.
