Q: Whom do I contact about the outstanding balance
or payoff amount of my consumer loan?

bureau. What do I need to do to fix this?
You will need to file a dispute with one or more of
the three major credit bureaus. The customer service

All address change requests should be submitted in writing
including your consumer loan account number and the

Q: How can I check to see if my loan payment was
received?

on my consumer loan. How can I do this?

Q: What is the TCF CommandLineSM
and how do I apply for it?
The TCF CommandLine is TCF's Home Equity Line of Credit,
which provides you access to the equity in your home.

your Line of Credit. With the TCF CommandLine Card,

Refunds are normally sent out within 10 business days
